This writ petition is filed for forbearing the respondents from granting or renewing the FL.2 License of Haddows Club, Chennai i.e., 2/4

the 5th respondent herein by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2023

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner produced an order dated 13.09.2023 passed by the second respondent for temporary suspension of license of the fifth respondent. Therefore, she would submit that nothing survives in this writ petition.

3. Considering the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
