(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14380 of 2020 by an order dated 16.09.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the resident of Kerala. Due to pandemic, he was unable to come to Tamil Nadu and execute the sureties. Hence, he seeks extension of time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and three weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
