This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for further one week to surrender before the concerned Court as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13391 of 2022 dated 14.06.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner could not arrange the sureties along with solvency certification, he could not surrender before the Court within the stipulated time. Hence, he seeks for extension of time.

3. Considering the above submissions, 10 days time is extended from today, for the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and to comply with the order of this Court dated 14.06.2022.
