(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5721 of 2020 dated 18.03.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the order was passed on 18.03.2020 in Crl.OP.No.5721 of 2020, the order copy also made ready, due to Covid-19 Pandamic situation, the learned counsel for the petitioner was able to obtain the order copy only on 21.08.2020 and thereby, he seeks further time for two weeks and submitted that meanwhile, the petitioner will comply with the order.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time is extended by two weeks and post the matter on 18.11.2020 "For reporting compliance" .
