ORDER

(Order of the court was made by C.SARAVANAN, J.) The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to dispose of his Appeal filed under Section 80A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 within a time frame.

2. Heard Mr.K.Gandhi Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Kamaleshkannan, learned Government Advocate for the Respondents

3. The learned Government Advocate submits that the State is considering the Appeals only of the month of January 2019.

4. The Appeal of the Petitioner having been filed on 19.6.2019, we do not find any merit in the present Writ Petition. However, we expect the Authority concerned to dispose of the Stay Petition for interim relief, if any, within a period of four weeks from today. The writ petition is disposed of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordingly. No costs. Copy of this order be sent to the Respondents forthwith.
