This petition has been filed the petitioner/A1, seeking exemption from surrendering pursuant to the judgment dated 07.09.2020 in Crl.A.No.3 of 2020, on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Namakkal confirming the judgment and conviction of sentence dated 20.12.2010 in S.C.No.10 of 2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 04.11.2020, the petitioner surrendered before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal and he was remanded to Sub-Jail, Athur, Salem.
