This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint dated 01.08.2016 made by the petitioner to the first respondent.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

On a reading of the complaint dated 01.08.2016, it is alleged that the land earmarked for the Members of the Dhobi Community have been allotted to other persons illegally. 4.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that enquiry is being conducted by the District Collector with regard to such allegations which had surfaced.
