ORDER

By consent of both parties, the present writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner is a Contractor. With the grievance that the balance amount of Rs.3,81,876/- payable for transporting goods from Villupuram to Thoothukudi and further amount of Rs.98,749/- for transporting goods to Yercaud Constituency, as per the proceedings dated 27.12.2013 and 26.05.2015 have not been paid, a representation was made by the petitioner on 19.10.2015. Seeking to dispose of the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the above and without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the fourth respondent, to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 19.10.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
