This application has been filed for the transfer of Arb.O.P.No.7 of 2021 to the file of this Court to be heard along with Arb.O.P.No.4 of 2021. The parties to the present application had earlier filed a joint memo dated 07.04.2021 by which it was agreed that Arb.O.P.No.7 of 2021 may be transferred to the file of this Court so as to be heard along with Arb.O.P.No.4 of 2021. Both parties are represented and agree that the present application is liable to be allowed.
On considering the above and in view of the seat of the arbitration being Chennai, this application is liable to be allowed. Accordingly, Application.No.4243 of 2021 is allowed by directing the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore to transfer the pending Arb.O.PNo.7 of 2021 to the file of this Court. There shall be no orders as to costs.
