This petition is filed praying to call for the records of the case pending investigation in Crime No.1945 of 2010 on the file of the first respondent-Police

and quash the same.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that, after investigation, charge-sheet has also been filed on 24.01.2025 in No.LTN20220002327/C202500011, before the Judicial Magistrate, Madhukarai.
