ORDER

The petitioner is the Secretary of the V.I.P.'s Club. On 11.11.2015, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents, stating that though the Club is carrying on lawful activities, there is an interference at the hands of the respondents. Apprehending harassment at the hands of the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2. Though this Court adjourned the matter to enable the learned Special Government Pleader to get instructions, there is no instructions forthcoming as of now and hence, the writ petition is disposed of based upon the available materials.

3. As long as the petitioner is carrying on lawful activities, the respondents shall not interfere with the same. However, in the event of the petitioner carrying on any unauthorised, illegal and unlawful activities, it is always open to the respondents to take appropriate action in the manner known to law.

4.With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
