This petition is filed to condone the delay of 38 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal before this Court against the order dated 20.10.2021 made in M.C.O.P.No.380 of 2013 on the file of the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal/Subordinate Court, Sankari.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Mr.D.Venkatachalam, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent/Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Ltd. Learned counsel submitted that the second respondent/Transport Corporation has also filed an appeal in C.M.A.No.1810 of 2022 and he has no objection for condoning the delay in filing the above appeal.
4. Recording the no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the second respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
