Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the 1st respondent dated 16.04.2014 passed in C.P.No.277 of 2013 to quash the same as illegal and without jurisdiction.

The above writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed in Computation Petition in C.P.No.277 of 2013 of the Presiding Officer, Principal Labour Court, Vellore.

2. The above Computation Petition has been filed pursuant to the order passed by the Labour Inspector in Na.Ka.E.No.3139 of 2009 dated 16.04.2010. This order has been challenged by the petitioner herein in W.P.No.2723 of 2014. The said Writ Petition has been allowed by this Court on 10.08.2023 and the order passed by the Labour Inspector has been quashed.

3. Considering the fact that this proceeding is only a sequel to the earlier order, nothing survives for further consideration in the above Writ Petition.
