Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Government order in G.O.Ms.No. 81 Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare (ADW-5) Department in dated 10.09.2011 on the file of the 1st respondent and the consequent tender rejection order in letter No.C/204/2014/TO3/ dated 18.02.2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to process the tender of the petitioner in respect of work No.26 of the tender notification No.8/2013-14 dated 20.01.2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent .

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to call for the records relating to the Government order issued in G.O.Ms.No.81, Adi Dravider and Tribal Welfare (ADW-5) Department dated 10.09.2011 on the file of the 1st respondent and the consequent tender rejection order issued in letter No. C/204/2014/TO3/ dated 18.02.2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to process the tender of the petitioner in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respect of work No.26 of the tender notification No. 8/201314 dated 20.01.2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent.
2. The process was tender was questioned by the writ petitioner on various grounds. However, now, it is brought to the notice of this Court that on account of the announcement of the parliament elections, the 2nd respondent cancelled all the tender notices and returned all the tender documents to the respective applicants without opening the tender. The said factum was reiterated in the counter affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent in paragraph 48.
3. In view of the cancellation of all the tender notice, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of grounds raised in the present writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
