The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is the vendor of the property and executed the sale deed. However, the entire sale consideration of the company in liquidation has not been paid. Therefore, the present application is filed either to set aside the sale agreement or to refund the amount paid by the applicant as part of the sale consideration in terms of the agreement.

2. This matter was argued for some point of time. Subsequently, the applicant agreed to file the appropriate claim statement, to return the part sale consideration, in Form 66, as suggested by this Court before the learned Official Liquidator.

3. Today, the learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant would file the claim in Form 66 before the learned Official Liquidator.

4. The learned Official Liquidator fairly submitted that he would consider the said claim of the applicant in accordance with law. Therefore, there is no requirement of further orders in this application.
