O R D E R

The petitioner, a land owner, whose property was acquired, has come before this Court seeking a direction for an early disposal of the execution petitions file to execute the decree passed by the Civil Court granting compensation for the lands acquired. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the 1st respondent and learned Additional Advocate General for the 2nd respondent. 3.

Since both the parties consent for an early disposal of the execution petitions, E.P. Nos. 146, 147, 148, 149, 150 of 2012 respectively in L.A.O.P. Nos. 72, 90, 92, 110 & 115 of 1996 respectively 2\4

on the file of learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Villupuram, are directed to be disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 31st March, 2020.

The civil revision petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
