(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8483 of 2020 by an order dated 29.06.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was directed to deposit the title deed worth of Rs.20,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.8 of 2020. Therefore, the petitioner is taking steps to deposit the title deed. Hence, he seeks extension of time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and three weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
