This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.02.2016.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

It is seen that a case is pending before the Administrative General & Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu in Application Nos.6401 to 6407 in Application No.2838/1935. In connection with which, the Official Trustee had sent an official to the premises of the petitioner for conducting enquiry. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner had lodged the present complaint dated 18.02.2016, making false allegations. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Under such circumstances, it is not a fit case to issue a direction as prayed for by the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
