(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on him i.e., the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.4887 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10541 of 2020 on 14.08.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in CRL.M.P.No.4887 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10541 of 2020 dated 14.08.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in CRL.M.P.No.4887 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10541 of 2020 dated 14.08.2020 is modified to appear before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
