2.C.M.P.No.11593 of 2022 is filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 3 to 5 as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent in the above C.R.P.

3.C.M.P.No.11588 of 2022 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st respondent in the above C.R.P.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed.
