(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 4(1) (aaa) and 4(1-A) of TNP Act, in Crime No.710 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already the petitioner has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.10.2020.
