There is no representation on behalf of the respondents.

2. There is also no representation on behalf of the Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court by its Order dated 28.06.2023.

3. On 28.06.2023, Court had ordered initial remuneration of Rs.30,000/- on the applicant.

4. The learned counsel for the applicant confirms that the warrant was executed and the items mentioned in the Schedule to the Judges Summons was seized and nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

5. A report of the Advocate Commissioner dated 13.09.2023 is taken on record.

6. Considering the fact that the learned Advocate Commissioner has completed the task, Court is inclined to award Additional Remuneration of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) over and above what was ordered by this Court by its order dated 28.06.2023.

7. The seized items are not to be disposed or alienated by the applicant without permission of the learned Arbitrator.
