The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the 1st respondent to receive the original fixed deposit receipt dated 04.04.1996 and repay the fixed deposit amount along with interest to till date based on the representation given by the petitioner on 26.03.2013.

2. The 1st respondent / Administrator made a submission that pursuant to the orders by this Court, he was appointed as Administrator of Sowdambika Group of Companies. He performed all his duties and responsibilities, completed the works and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted a report before the Court and pursuant to the order of this Court, he was already relieved from the post of Administrator.

3. This being the factum of the case, it is left open to the writ petitioner to approach the competent authority for the purpose of redressing his grievances in the manner known to law.
