In a matrimonial proceedings, the husband, who is residing in United States of America, has filed this application to examine him through video conference, which has been kept pending before the II Additional Family Judge, Family Court, Chennai even without

numbering the same.

It is stated that the main H.M.O.P.No.2106 of 2016 is filed under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for mutual consent and wife, who is the respondent can always identify her husband when he appears through video conference. 3.

Accordingly, the learned II Additional Family Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to number the I.A. and pass appropriate order within a period of one month from today. 4.

With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
