This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed 25th respondent herein as legal representatives of deceased 2nd respondent.

2. Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that pending Appeal, the 2nd respondent passed away on 05.05.2016. Hence, he has filed the above petition to bring his legal heir on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit as justifiable one, this petition is allowed. The proposed legal representative of the 2nd respondent is impleaded as 25th respondent in the above Second Appeal. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.

4. Issue notice to the newly added respondent through court returnable by 08.07.2025. Private Notice is also permitted.

5. Post the matter on 08.07.2025.
