ORDER

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the dispute between the petitioner and the first respondent was referred to the Lok Adalat. Consequently, the same was settled before the Lok Adalat and award has also been passed. A copy of the award is also placed before this Court. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in the matter.

2.In light of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and a copy of the award has also placed before this Court, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
