This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police herein to register the complaint dated 17.7.2014 of the petitioner and take necessary action against the culprits.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 17.07.2014 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 20.02.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
