O R D E R

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.51 of 2014, pending on the file of the respondent police, Puduchathiram Police Station, Namakkal District and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the trial Court. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
