ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to challenge the proceedings dated 27.12.2016 issued by the third respondent in C.No.F3/11032/2014 and to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all attendant and monetary benefits.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that in an earlier round https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of litigation, wherein the petitioner challenged the punishment of compulsory retirement, this Court dismissed the writ petition thereby confirming the order of punishment inflicted on him and hence, this writ petition filed for the same relief as liable to be dismissed.

3. In the light of the above submissions, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the respondent authorities with a fresh representation on the basis of the orders of this Court.

4. Granting such liberty, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
