This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein viz., the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, EDF Team, Vepery, Chennai to register the complaint dated 24.06.2016 and file a final report in accordance with law.
2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the basis of the complaint given by one Dr.Jayachandran, FIR has been registered in Cr.No.143/2016 and one Mr.Pachamuthu/proposed accused was arrested and remanded to police custody. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
