(CR.NO.4 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extended the time in respect of the 2nd petitioner to surrender before the Learned Magistrate, Tiruvarur to enlarge him on Anticipatory Bail as per the Order dated 07.07.2021 passed in Crl.O.P.No.11622 of 2021 in Crime No. 4/2021 Pending before the Respondent Police, viz. Inspector of Police, Thiruvarur Police Station (District Crime Branch),Thiruvarur District and pass such further or other orders as this Honorable court may deem fit and necessary under the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.

Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 07.07.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to comply with the conditions.
