ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14451 of 2020 dated 21.09.2020. that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.
4. Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14451 of 2020 dated 21.09.2020. to report before respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10:30 a.m. until further orders.. The other conditions imposed shall remain unaltered.
