ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register the case pursuant to the complaint dated 26.11.2014 of the petitioner as against the said persons and investigate the same and file the final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 19.01.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. On a reading of the complaint, it essentially appears to be a dispute in respect of a railway contract between the petitioner and the proposed accused. Since the matter is civil in nature, no direction as sought for could be given and this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
