This application is presented by the plaintiff seeking permission to exhibit the additional documents listed in the schedule to the Judge's summons. In the affidavit in support of the application it is stated that these documents were not handed over to learned counsel presently representing the plaintiff by the erstwhile counsel. The sole contesting defendant does not have any objection to this application being allowed.

2. Upon considering the reason stated in the affidavit in support of the application and being satisfied that reasonable cause is shown, this application is allowed subject to the right of the contesting defendant to file the affidavit of admission / denial in respect thereof and raise objections in course of trial inter alia on the grounds of admissibility, relevance and proof.

3. List the matter on 17.08.2022 for filing the affidavit of admission / denial.
