The petitioner seeks for a direction to the District and Sessions Court, Ooty, the Nilgiris to dispose of Crl.A.No.10 of 2012 filed by the respondent within a stipulated time which may be fixed by this Court.

2. Though a report has been called for in this case, no report has been received till date.

The petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8166 of 2015 is the petitioner in this petition also. In view of the explanation given by the learned Judge in Crl.O.P.No.8166 of 2015 this Court, to serve the interest of justice, directs the District Judge-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam to dispose of Crl.A.No.10 of 2012 filed by the respondent within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
