ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 27.05.2019 within stipulated period and consequently direct the respondent to survey the petitioner's house site properties.

2. Heard, Mr.T.V.G.Kartheeban, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner submitted representation to survey his house site property, which is pending. Therefore, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.05.2019 and conduct enquiry after issuance of notice to the petitioner, adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to survey the petitioner's house site property, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
