The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his wife. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint lodged by Siddian, the respondents-police conducted enquiry and closed the petition. The statement of this petitioner has also been recorded by the police wherein the petitioner has undertaken to make some repayments of money.

4. Under such circumstances, no blanket direction as prayed for by the petitioner could be given. If the petitioner is wanted either for enquiry or for interrogation, he can very well be summoned by the respondent police, and while doing so, the petitioner shall not be harassed. At the same time, the petitioner should submit himself to the respondent police for interrogation and enquiry. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
