This Court vide order dated 28.06.2023, passed a direction to the respondent / Tahsildar to issue legal heirship certificate to the petitioner including the names of the petitioner, her daughters and the mother of the deceased on or before 30.06.2023 and posted the matter for reporting compliance on 30.06.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing it is brought to the notice of this Court that the legal heriship certificate was issued to the petitioner. Hence, no further orders is necessary in this writ petition.
