This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5239 of 2023 dated 07.03.2023, passed by this Court to report before the Inspector of Police, Namakkal Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., for four weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent Police, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learend Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has also been taken up in C.C.No.128 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Valapadi.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5239 of 2023 dated 07.03.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Valapadi on first working day of July, 2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
