Crl.M.P.No.8146 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.107 of 2017 P.N. PRAKASH, J.

This court, while suspending the sentence and granting bail to the petitioner/accused, in Crl.M.P.No.3008 of 2017, imposed a condition that the petitioner should appear before the trial Court once in a week, i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.Mr.G.Ramar, learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], appearing on behalf of the respondent police, submitted that the above said condition is being complied with by the petitioner regularly.

4.In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3008 of 2017 on 04.07.2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month, until the disposal of the appeal, and if he is not able to appear before the trial Court on the said day, he shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court. 27.06.2019 mkn http://www.judis.nic.in
