Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relevant to the partly allowed the order in C.P.No.253 of 2006 dated 08.10.2012 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same as improper, unreasonable, against the natural justice and thereby direct the 1st respondent to allow the CP.No.253/2006 as prayed by the petitioner and reinstate into her service and pay back all service benefits to her immediately.
