This petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records and quash all the proceedings against the petitioners in Crime.No.29 of 2009 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Salem City.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) contented that Crime.No.29 of 2009 was transferred to Pappireddipatti Police Station and renumbered as Crime.No.73 of 2010, Pappireddipatti Police Station. According to him, the investigation has been concluded and a final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Salem.
