PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the petition and order dated 17.11.2008 made in I.A.No.920 of 2009 in MCOP No.399 of 2005 on the file of the First Additional District Court, Erode in adding the petitioners herein as respondents 6 and 7 instead of impleading them as petitioners 4 and 5 in MCOP No.399 of 2005. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the petition and order dated 17.11.2008 made in I.A.No.920 of 2009 in MCOP No.399 of 2005 on the file of the First Additional District Court, Erode in adding the petitioners herein as respondents 6 and7 instead of impleading them as petitioners 4 and 5 in MCOP No.399 of 2005.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.P.Kaviri Nadan, representing Mr.N.Manokaran, learned counsel for the

petitioner submitted that the MCOP pending on the file of the First Additional District Court, Erode itself has been disposed of and hence nothing survives in this petition.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
