(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.M.Ramachandriah, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner challenges the sale notice dated 22.5.2019 issued by the respondent bank in relation to the piece and parcel of land and building situate in No.86, Athipattu Village, Saidapet Taluk, Chengalpattu District, comprised in Survey No.161/1, bearing Plot No.B35, Door No.13.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner admitted that, in fact, pursuant to the sale notice, no sale has taken place on the date stated in the notice.

In view of the above, this petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of as such. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.19849 of 2019 is closed.
