ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed not to harass the petitioner and his family members without following the due process of law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is arrayed as A2 in Crime No.05 of 2021 for the offences under Section 420 IPC, 4(1) and 76(1) the Chit Funds Act, 1982.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to with draw the petition.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
