This petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent to register a case on the complaint sent by the petitioner to the 1st Respondent and others on 17.02.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police have registered a regular case in Crime No.175 of 2015 under Section 420 I.P.C. on the complaint given by the petitioner.
