This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to conduct an enquiry and dispose of petitioner's review petition forwarded vide Letter No.R3/5061756/2023 dated 04.08.2023 of the 1st respondent and Letter No.O.Mu. No.4/1218164/2023 dated 25.08.2023 of the 2nd respondent.

2. A perusal of the entire affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, would indicate that the petitioner wants to file the second revision before the authorities, which is not permissible. If at all the petitioner wants to challenge the final order passed by the Revenue authorities, the same can be challenged in the manner known to law and not by a review petition, when there is no provision under the Revenue Standing Orders. Hence, I do not find any merit in the writ petition and the same deserves to be dismissed. Page 2/4

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, there is no order as to costs.
