ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner, who is a resident of Kangeyam, Thiruppur seeks direction against respondent Nos.1 to 3 to prevent the fourth respondent from running the marriage hall which is stated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to be constructed without sanction in what is claimed to be a parking lot, as it creates vehicular chaos, being located opposite to Government Hospital/Primary Health Centre. The petitioner has made a representation on 22.8.2015 to the first respondent and the first respondent, in turn, has directed the second respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruppur to look into the matter and take necessary action in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, we consider it appropriate to direct the second respondent to examine the grievance of the petitioner after notice to all concerned, including the fourth respondent and pass a reasoned order within a period of two months of the receipt of the order.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
