The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to issue agricultural service connection under (RSFS) Rs.25,000/- finance scheme for the petitioner's 1.53 acre agricultural land in Survey No.253/3 of Thummanapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District based on the payment made on 08.10.2010.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 17.12.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that by efflux of time, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and there is nothing survives for adjudication.
