(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner has not shown any specific interest in education or the school in question for us to entertain this Public Interest Litigation by the petitioner, especially as the learned counsel for the respondents appearing before us state that the allegations of the petitioner are based on only surmises and conjectures and there is no proposal as alleged by the petitioner. In fact, the encroachments have been removed and the proposal is for construction of additional class rooms for the school.

2. The writ petition is dismissed.

No costs.

Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
